We were a small group but had a blast canoeing and painting in Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park. Helen couldn't make the trip because she had difficulties with her breathing. So Brenda, one of our favorite students, stepped up and joined us. (I needed bow paddler.) Turns out she's a great camper/woodsman as well. Thank you Brenda.
The following shots are not in chronological order. The captions will have to guide you.
This is at the end of the trip, as we were all about to drive away.
Zoë, myself, Hannah, Phil and Brenda. A delightful group.
This was the best retreat of them all.
We hope to do it again, however, we need a minimum of six students to break even. So next year will depend upon enrollment.
